Rose-breasted Grosbeak- Female (Pheucticus ludovicianus)
Brown, large and conical pale bill with white eyebrows and heavy streaking on a whitish breast. Found in woods and other areas with mixed trees and shrubs. Nests in twigs lined with grasses and horsehair place in trees. Attracted to sunflower and hulled sunflower seed scattered on the ground or placed in feeders. Weight, 1.6 ounces.
